Spotify is increasing the number of people who may offer subscription podcasts and have their own shows play upon its service. Nowadays, the company announced that most of US-based podcasters may use Anchor, its podcasting creation and submission platform, to sell subscribers for exclusive shows that’ll be available each through a private Feed and within the Spotify app, which does not otherwise support personal shows over REALLY SIMPLY SYNDICATION.

Along with the expanded rollout, Spotify says it is also adding more prices options — twenty up from 3 — and is offering podcasters the ability to down load their paying subscribers’ email addresses. This means they could stay in better contact with the group as well as take that checklist elsewhere if they actually leave Anchor. (Listeners have to opt into this. )

Global users will be able to market subscriptions in the future, Spotify says, and they will be able to access paywalled content starting upon September 15th.
